Funded by the lottery the reconnection project is a creative program to encourage expression , improve the confidence and the lives of people who have experienced poor mental health , addiction recovery, homelessness , domestic abuse in the Lowestoft area using the arts as alternative intervention to improve wellbeing .

Over the last 10 months the project members have created many performance pieces which will be showcased at this event .

Expect a varied array of original songs   , poems , spoken word , and personal stories ,  subject matter performed from the heart , accompanied by the project house band .

Working in partnership with Suffolk sober spaces this is an alcohol-free event /soft drinks will be available
