House Manager

This is one of our most responsible volunteer roles and involves being the person in charge during a performance. The House Manager typically arrives 1.5hours before the performance begins and is responsible for ensuring the theatre and foyer are ready for the production. They liaise with the performing company about start times and intervals and are also responsible for checking tickets on the door and dealing with customer queries. At the end of the night the House Manager is also responsible for ensuring the building is locked up. We provide full training for volunteers who undertake this role.
