The Intellectual Hooligans are Norfolk’s premium Improv comedy troupe. Founded in 2013; the Improv performers have a collective total of over 100 years’ experience! The show will consist of “Whose Line is it Anyway?” style games based entirely on audience suggestions, anything goes (and we mean anything!) so come armed with your best ideas and scenarios!
